ENIGMA's science-horror wing. Three programs: Enhancement (improved soldiers through Axis energy), Echo Units (biological identity replacement), and Interface (direct human-to-Axis connection). The division's threat was bureaucratic and biological: real credentials, real contracts, false continuity.
