David Kwan. Silent commando.The bestseller. Every toy line had one figure that outsold the rest. For Agents of C.H.A.O.S. it was Cipher. Dark color scheme, full face mask, katana, and a file card that said almost nothing. Kids filled in the blanks themselves.
Archive Notes
Standard loadout was katana, shuriken, grappling hook, and tech gauntlet. The gauntlet was later revealed to interface with Axis artifacts, but the Wave 1A card didn't say that.
Variants appeared in nearly every wave: Keeper Clues (1B), Keeper Gear (2), Final Keeper Gear (3). The mold earned its tooling costs several times over.
The Stillpoint concept from Episode 13, Cipher's Keeper gate-edge orientation trait, never appeared on any file card. It lived entirely in the show.
