Dr. Victor Emilian Graves. Supreme commander.The figure kids had been waiting for since Episode 5. Shipped late in Wave 2 after more than a year of buildup. Regal, armored, with a cape and command staff. He looked like nothing else on the shelf. Not a soldier, not a scientist. A dynasty.

Command staff, holstered sidearm, removable cape. Silver, black, and burgundy. The design said aristocratic military industrialist, not cartoon villain.
His file card revealed less than the show did. Real name, codename, and a single sentence: 'The dynasty behind the hidden war.'
A Viceroy: Interface Gear variant was planned for the movie wave. Whether it reached retail is one of the line's great debates.
